  5. Cook it for 15 on medium heat and again low flame for 10 minutes. Let it simmer
  6. Take makai atta, wheat flour, oil and salt. Mix it properly. Bind it medium soft dough. Roll it and roast it. Roti is ready. Serve dal with some butter on top.
