  3. Heat a non-stuck skillet on medium, then divide dough into 8 pieces, rool each piece into a neat round ball then flatten the dough with the palm of your hands
  4. Roll the the dough on a lightly floured surface, now roll out into a circle then place the roti dough on the pan.
