  6. Finally using the filling of your choice, either the zaatar mix or the shredded cheese fill the centre. Bake in the oven at 180° for 12- 15 mins or until the dough is golden on the bottom and the topping is crunchy
  7. Transfer to your choice of serving dish and serve hot.
