  6. Now pour mash matter to pan
  7. Cook for 1 to 2 minute.
  8. Take a twa cook the kulcha bread by adding butter.
  9. Stuff the matter in kulcha and cook at low flame.
  10. Now it's ready to serve

It can also be had warm with some tea or coffee. I made the kulcha to go with Matar kulcha - the famous Delhi. Kulcha is a soft textured flatbread; this is very popular in northern states of India. Traditionally kulchas are served with spicy chole (chick peas).
