Steps to make Bun kabab:
  1. Boil potatoes and meshed them when they cool down
  2. Boil Chana dal in plain water
  3. Take a chopper and add boiled Chana daal which is at room temperature. Add salt, red chilli, chat masala and garam masala. Chopped well
  4. Now take out that mixture in a large bowl. Add meshed potatoes as well and add salt.
  5. Add corn flour and mix well.
  6. Now make patties of desired size and fry in minimum oil till golden colour and keep a side
  7. Whisked eggs in bowl and add red chilli and salt. Beat till become fluffy
  8. Take a frying pan and heat some oil. Pour egg mixture and make omelettes according to desire size. Keep a side
  9. Now cut onion rings, tomato slices and cucumber slices. Keep a side
  10. Wash and dry salad leaves
  11. Now take buns and keep on heated tawa for 30 sec than spread ketchup on one slice. Put salad leave over it
  12. Than put kabab and omelettes. On top of it put onions rings, tomato slices and cucumber and pour green chutney on top of it than cover with other slice of bun. Fry a little bit in oil from both sides of buns and serve with chutney and ketchup
