  3. Divide dough in equal parts, make small crack free balls. If you feel, dough is dry add little milk. If dough is over moist then add some maida.
  4. Heat ghee on medium flame. Place 4-5 gulab jamun balls in ghee. Fry the balls golden brown for 12-15 minutes. - Put the hot gulab jamuns into the warm sugar syrup.Gently Stri them.
  5. Let it rest for 30-40 minutes. Serve hot.
