  2. Take another pan add sugar and water it becomes to boil reduced the fame add 1 tbs lime juice.cooked 4,5 minutes on medium flame make 1 string syrup. Switch off flame. Add rose water,cardamom.
  3. For Ghever batter-In a big bowl add2 Tbs pure ghee add ice cubes mix well with the help of hand,it becomes creamy texture. Now remove remain ice cubes.
  4. Now add all-purpose flour slowly 1 spoon at on time mix well add chilled water mix it by hand now repeat this procedure. Add gram flour and lemon juice mix it. Add sufficient water mixture Consistency become running.
  5. Now take another pan I have used small pateela.pour deshi ghee for frying. Temperature is very high for deep frying.
  6. Now pouring this mixture very little amount like 2 Tbs in the Ghee at one time.I have use breaker. 200 ml liquid is sufficient for 1 Ghever. Pour lit bit mixture at 1 time rest for 10 seconds, agin add mixture. Finished 1 ghever
  7. Now scrape out the side with the help of knife if require dipped into the ghee and fry until it becomes crispy. Now with the help of knife remove from the pan and put on the wire rack drain out excess ghee, now on the room temperature add lukewarm sugar syrup on the Ghever with the help of spoon.
  8. Apple Rubri and chopped dry fruits.serve chilled. Keep in refrigerator. * 3 ghevar made this batter.
