  1. For Fig layer: Soak dried figs in water for 5-6 hrs

  4. In a serving bowls, put a small layer of fig mixture at the bottom and press lightly with spoon and keep in fridge for 1/2 hr to set
  5. For the vanilla layer: Take 1/2 lit of milk in a pan and add vanilla pudding mix, stir well
  6. Take a bubbling boil with continuous stirring. Let it cool a little
  7. Now pour the vanilla mix on the fig layer carefully. After cooling keep in fridge to set
  8. For the cream layer: pour 1 cup of whipping cream in a pan
  9. Add gulkand and pink food colour and beat until soft peaks forms
  10. Put this cream on Vanilla layer
  11. Repeat the fig and cream layer
  12. Garnish and serve chilled
