  12. Take 1 tbsp homemade gulkand
  13. Get 1 tbsp coconut powder
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp Colourful sauf
  15. Prepare 1 tsp green cherry
  16. Get 1 tsp red cherry
  17. Make ready 5-6 small elaichi
  18. Get 1 tsp paan chutney

Traditional samosa dough is made with maida flour, which is a type of flour available in India. You can use all-purpose flour as a substitute. Deep fry the samosas on low to medium heat until light brown. Serve with tomato sauce or any chutney you love.

Steps to make Paan samosa:
  1. Put all the ingredients for making dough in maida and with the help of warm water prepare a soft dough.
  2. Put all the filling ingredients in a zipped pouch and crush it with the help of a belan.(do not crush them in a grinder)
  3. Make small balls from the dough and make give them the shape of chapati.
  4. Cut it from the centre.
  5. Give it the shape of a small samosa.
  6. Add 1.5 tsp filling to it and seal it's corners with the help of water and press the corners well.
  7. Deep fry the samosa's and decorate it with silver work.
  8. Paan samosa is ready.
