  2. Then add milk powder, baking powder & cardamom powder to it & make a soft dough with the help of some water, if required.
  3. Take small portions from the dough & flaten them a bit. Fill the balls with half tsp of Gulkand & give them a crackless round shape.
  4. Similarly make all the gulkand filled balls & then deep fry them in ghee at a low flame.
  5. Besides frying, make sugar syrup by boiling water & sugar along with saffron & add rose water in the end.
  6. Drop all the fried gulab jamun balls into the warm sugar syrup & let them sit for atleast 2 hours. After that you can serve them hot or cold as per your wish.
