  2. Into a pan add oil, and add mustard seeds, chanadal and Urad dal. Once it splutters add some peanuts and roast it. Now add some fresh curry leaves to it.
  3. Once the peanuts are roasted add a spoon of green chilli paste. Adjust it according to the spice level. You can also add split green chillies instead of paste. Add some turmeric powder and give it a stir.
  4. Now switch of the pan add in the boiled rice. And on top of it add the coarsely grounded Tamarind leaves. Mix it well when it’s hot. Finally add salt to it and mix well.
  5. Close it with a lid and let it rest for 5 minutes. Easy tasty Tamarind Leaves Rice are ready to be served. It tastes yum with raw onions.
