  4. Heat 1/4 cup of ghee in a kadhai.Add dink or gaund crystals stirring occasionally till it swells and pops. It take 5 mins.Take off from heat and powder it too.
  5. Mix all ingredients except nutmeg and cardamom powder.
  6. Heat up the ghee and pour over the sugar and Jaggery mix.
  7. Now swiftly combine all ingredients with the sugar-gur and ghee.Mix thoroughly and form into balls immediately.
  8. It helps to smear ghee on your hands while formiing the laddoos. Garnish.
  9. Shelf life of these laddoos Is a month in winters and 15 days in summers.
