  7. Take 50 gm Poppy seeds
  8. Take 50 gm gardencressseeds
  9. Prepare These last two ingredients are optional

Add the crushed dates in the pan and start stiring them. The combination of dry dates with full-fat milk gives this halwa a rich and intense texture, while an unusual combination of spices gives it a fabulous aroma and flavour. It's fairly easy to dry dates at home, even if you don't have a dehydrator. The most traditional way to dry dates is to leave them out in the sun for a prolonged period of time.

  1. Grate dry coconut crush the dry dates and make rough powder in mixer & keep it aside. Fry edible gum in heated ghee on low flame. Roast Poppy seeds & garden cress seeds (if you get) (gardencress available online) then make cardamom powder.
  2. Melt the jaggery on low flame, put all ingredients in one big utensil & pour melted jaggery, add little ghee, mix well & prepare laddoo s with the mixture. Apply ghee to both hands & prepare laddoo. this is healthy laddoo

Chop the dates, almonds, pistachios, cashews. Dry dates powder for the babies, toddlers, Kids & family as well. Combine the coconut-sesame powder and the almond-cashew nut-dry date powder and mix.
