  2. For pattice boil potatoes, peel and mash it add roasted powder, salt, rice flour mix well and prepare tikkis of it..In a pan shallow fry, it cook both sides.
  3. In a serving bowl take tikkis add ragda, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, sev, drizzle lemon juice and it's ready to serve (can add tamarind chutney and mint chutney)
