  1. At night soak dry peas. Next day in morning pressure cook the peas for 5-6 whistle or untill it little mash with some salt.
  2. In a pan add 1 tsp oil, asofoetida, cumin seeds, green chilli,ginger paste. Add water if required and boil peas. Cook for 5 minutes.keep aside. Mix some garam masala, chaat masala and black pepper powder.
  3. Mash the potato add salt, black pepper powder,bread crumbs. Mix nicely and shape them like tikki.
  4. Deep Fry them in hot oil or shallow fry. Pattice is ready.
  5. Arrange pattice in a plate pour spoon full of ragda on it add curd,both chutney,tomato, onion,chaat masala, cumin powder, and sev.
