  6. Prepare 1pnch For flavoring - cardamom or nutmeg powder
  7. Take as needed For decoration - musk melon seeds or almonds
Steps to make # Diwali, Halwasan:
  1. Pour the milk into the pan and boil it. Add edible gum so milk starts to curdle and separate.
  2. Reduce flame and stir it continuously. Now, in a non stick pan heat the ghee or butter and add coarse wheat flour to it. Roast it till goldens. Take out this mixture in a bowl.
  3. Take sugar in the same pan, heat the pan and melt it on medium heat. Remove from the heat when the syrup is formed.
  4. Add the sugar syrup into the boiling milk. Add the roasted wheat flour into the milk.
  5. Stir it continuously till everything get mixed well and seems to form a mixture. Add a pinch of cardamom or nutmeg powder to it.
  6. Put the mixture in a dish, grease your palm and give the mixture any shape you want. Generally, it is round in shape just like small flat balls.
  7. Garnish it with musk melon seeds or almonds. Your halwasan is ready to serve, ENJOY!
