  1. Wash the prawns and apply salt and turmeric powder. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Add white oil in a pan and fry them till they turn pink in colour. Over frying them will make them chewy. Keep aside the fried prawns. Soak the cashew nuts and poppy seeds for 20 minutes in the milk after warming the milk. - In a blender add the tomato, half of the big onion, cashew nuts, poppyseed and blend it to fine paste.
  2. Add little oil to the pan and add the kalonji and half onion chopped as it turns translucent add the paste and stir to avoid sticking it into the bottom. Add the salt, red chilli powder salt and sugar cook it in simmer covered till oil leaves sides.
  3. Add garam masala powder and cook well. Add little water slit green chillies and cook for another ten minutes. Add the rose water and switch it off. After it cools a bit add beaten fresh cream and serve. It goes best with rice.
