  1. Heat the ghee and roast the gond until it pop-ups and turn golden. Let it cool and then grind it to make fine powder.
  2. Now rost the semolina on medium flame till it started to become brown.
  3. Now roast flex seeds in a pan till it pop ups. Let it cool and grind it to make fine powder.
  4. Now in a mixer grinder put fenugreek seed, ajwain,fennel seed and grind it to make fine powder.
  5. Heat the jaggery in a pan until it started to melt. (U can also heat it in a microwave for 30 sec).
  6. Now mix all the grounded ingredients and sampling. Now add turmeric,dry Ginger powder,asafoetida,poppy seeds,raisins, crushed cashew nut and almond and dry dates.
  7. Add melted jaggery and warm ghee and mix it properly.
  8. Now take small amount of it and make it round to make laddo.
  9. Alsee and gond ke laddoo is ready.
  10. Keep it in airtight jar.
