  1. Firstly in a pan take all dry masala dry roast on low flame until the spices turn aromatic cool completely and transfer to a small mixy jar add amchoor,haldi, sugar and salt blend to a fine powder and dabeli masala is ready keep aside
  2. Heat a oil in a pan now'take 3tsp dabeli masala into a small cup along with tamarind chutney and water mix well making sure there are no lumps pour in the masala mixture into the oil cook for 2minutes add boiled mashed potatoes and salt and mix well top with coriander leaves,Sev, pomegranate seeds and spicy peanut
  3. When it cools down add the spices peanuts and pomegranate seeds and mix them.Take the pav and slice it from middle into two parts apply green chutney on both sides then apply tamarind chutney on both sides
  4. Put some potatoes filling over one of the slice of pav spread chopped onion and nylon Sev also sprinkle grated coconut over it close the stuffing with the other slice and press it gently now heat tawa add butter into it toast the pav in butter from both sides until it becomes crispy coat the sides of dabeli with Sev dabeli is ready to serve
