  8. Get 1 tsp Elaichi powder

Steps to make Alsi Gond Ladoos:
  1. First dry roast the alsi and grind it in mixer and keep aside.
  2. Add little amt of ghee in a pan and roast the gonds and keep them aside.
  3. Now, little roast the grated coconut, it should not change it's colour.
  4. Now, pour half ghee in a deep kadhai,then add flour in it and roast it on low flame until flour changes it colour.
  5. Make coarse powder of cashews and almonds.
  6. Make thick syrup of gud.
  7. Now, mix all the ingredients all together to bind the ladoos.
  8. Keep the mixture liitle hot to binds the ladoos easily.
  9. And, enjoy this ladoos full winter and stay healthy.

Gond is also called as Dink in. the recipe i shared for gond laddu or gond ke ladoo is very similar to my previous dry fruit ladoo, which is again healthy recipe. but there are some new ingredients introduced in.
