  7. Heat a tbsp of butter add 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala and 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves.
  8. Also add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste, 1 onion and 1/2 lemon juice. Saute well making sure the onions are cooked well.
  9. Now add 3 drops food colour and mix well. Further add 1/2 cup water or as required adjust consistency.
  10. Furthermore, boil and mash for 5 mins till Pav Bhaji turns smooth and silky texture. After off the flame.
  11. Now prepare the Pav by heating 1/2 tsp butter, pinch of Chilli powder, Pav Bhaji masala and coriander leaves mix well.
