  6. Heat up very little oil and fry the beef strips till golden brown and set aside
  7. Pour in the onion, red bell pepper, scotch bonnet, carrot and fry for just 3min
  8. Remove ur vaggies and set aside. Add soysauce to the pan and return beef to frying pan, stir well, taste and correct seasoning and pepper level cook for 5min
  9. Return vaggies to beef pot stir and cook for just 1 min
  10. Serve with rice
