  6. Prepare the gram flour batter by mixing all the ingredients of it and the batter must not be so thick or watery.
  7. Make small balls of the potato mixture, deep them in the batter and then deep fry them in oil till they become golden in colour.
  8. Now cut the bread into round shapes with the help of a cookie cutter or a bottle cap and roast them in the tawa by brushing the butter.
  9. Now prepare the chutney by dry roasting the garlic, peanuts and grated coconut.
  10. Then grind them along with the chilli powder, salt and dry red chilli without adding water.
  11. Now put the chutney over the mini bread and put the vada over it. Then put a fried green chilli over it.
  12. Now your vada pav bites are ready to serve.
