  1. For potato stuffing - Lets boil the potatoes, peel and mashed them. Take the wok, put 1 tbsp of oil, Put the mustard seeds once oil is hot and When it crackled, Put the chopped green chilli’s and fry little bit and then put the all spices. Now be quick to put the mashed potato and mix it well so that the spice are not burnt. Put some chopped coriander leaves and mix it again. Now your stuffing is ready.
  2. Take gram flour in the pot. Add some water, little bit salt, pinch of soda and mix it well. Please make sure the batter of gram flour should not be so thick or so liquid, should be smooth. Now make all the round balls of potato stuff and ready.
  3. Now let’s take the wok and put some oil for deep fry. When oil is hot, Dip the potato ball in the gram flour batter and put it in the hot oil. Fry them fry till they becomes golden in colour.
  4. For green chutney - take green chilli, coriander leaves, 1 garlic clove, salt and cumin seeds. Put all the ingredients in Blender. Add little water and grind it. Now chutney is ready
  5. Now preheat the oven for 10 mins on 180 degree. Take the bread slices and put it in to the muffin tray. Now keep the muffin tray in to the oven for 5-10 mins. Keep an eye time to time in the oven and make sure the bread slices are not too much brown. Bread slices are also ready now.
  6. Now It’s time to have everything for serving in a plate:) - Take the breads, spread the green chutney according to your test, place the Bada on top of bread and garnish with red dry bada pav chutney (I used readymade chutney which is generally available in the market), Coriander leaves and fry green chillies. - Now your twisted vada pav is finally ready.
