  6. Place the balls into a tray. Place them leaving equal space in between. Now brush the dough with milk cover with cling wrap and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
  7. Now preheat oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Once the pav is out of the oven, rub with butter to get a shiny look. Now cover with a wet cloth to get a super soft pav and allow to cool completely.
  9. Finally, enjoy bread pav.
