- Prepare 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
- Take 2-3 tsp coriander powder
- Take to taste Salt
- Make ready For vegetable –
- Take 2 tbsp oil
- Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 2 potatoes..Cut into square
- Get 2 tomatoes..Finely chopped
- Make ready 3-4 onion small sized(don't cut the onion Just mark them with the help of knife)
- Prepare 2 apple gourd cut into 4 -6 pieces
- Get 5-6 lady finger (Cut into two halves or cut into center)
- Get to taste Salt
- Get as needed you can add more seasonal veggies like carrot etc

- Meanwhile in a pressure cooker add 2 tbsp oil..When heats..Add cumin seeds.When they cracks..Add remaining half garlic masala.Stir.And fry for half a min.On low to medium flame.Then add chopped tomatoes.Saute.And cook till they gets soft…Add cut veggies..(don't add onion and lady fingers.They will get a soft quickly.)
- Cook the veggies on low flame till they soft.Add lillte water in the mean time.
- Add onion and lady fingers..Along with required water and cook for 1 whistle.
- After opening the lid add fresh chopped coriander.
- Take cooked muthiya and veggies in a serving plate.Pour ghee on muthiya.
- Yummy and tasty Muthiya with Masala veggies ready to serve.Serve hot.Can be served with curd too.
