Steps to make Caramel Semolina Ladoo:
  1. Take a big and thick bottom pan or kadhai.
  2. Add 1/2 cup ghee in it.
  3. When the ghee becomes hot, fry gum in it. When the gum blossoms and looks crispy, remove it from ghee with the help of a sieve.
  4. In the same pan roast the Coconut pieces and grind in the mixer. - Now roast Dryfruits and roasted well.
  5. Now add ghee and Semolina (Suji) in the same pan and roast on low flame.
  6. While semolina is roasting, make the Dulce de leche in another pan.
  7. We will take a heavy bottom pan. - Apply 1 tablespoon of clarified butter in it.
  8. Now put milk and sugar in it. - Boil the milk on high flame. - Stir occasionally.
  9. Milk will start to thicken. it takes approx 50 minutes.
  10. Now add 1 tablespoon of ghee and stir.Now add baking soda and keep stirring continuously.
  11. At this time, the foam will appear in very high quantity so keep stirring it.
  12. The foam will start to finish in 7 to 8 minutes and it's colour turned golden.switch off the gas.
  13. When the aroma starts coming out of Semolina (Suji) indicates that it is cooked properly.
  14. Now mix all ingredients well. Allow the mix to cool down.
  15. Take a  small portion from this and shape it like a Ladoos.
