  12. Now we'll shape them, and cover it.
  13. Keep freezer for about 1 hour
  14. After 1 hour you will get your vegetable fingers.
  15. Time for batter
  16. Take a bowl and add cornflour and maida.
  17. Now we are going to make a thin batter by using water.
  18. Batter is ready.
  19. Take another bowl and add bread crumbs and blended cornflakes
  20. Now take a finger dip inside the batter and then coat it immediately with breadcrumbs and cornflakes.
  21. If you want perfect crunch do it twice.
  22. Now fry it.
  23. So take a Pan and add oil, when oil is hot in medium and high flame.
  24. Keep the flame high.
  25. Deep fry them until they are golden in colour.
  26. Let take them out in tissue paper.
