  1. Soak daal chanafor 1/2 hr in water, now take beef boti, daal channa, button red chillies, cummin seed, coriander seeds, salt and two glass of water and cook them together.

  3. Take one cup yogurt in a strainer so that all the water of it drains out keep a bowl beneath it and put it in your fridge for 2hrs. Now after 2 hrs add in it 1 chopped onion, 5 chopped green chillies, coriander and mint leaves chopped and mix them, this is how your filling is ready.
  4. Now take your kabaab better on your palm and put your yogurt filling about 1 tbsp, close it and give it a patty shape.
