  1. Pressure cook 1 cup rice for four whistle.
  2. Transfer cooked rice in other vessel and mash it to smooth texture.

  8. Add 2 tbsp chanadal and fry well.

  10. Add 1 chopped green chilli, 1/2 inch chopped ginger and 01 tsp mustard.
  11. Fry it for 30 sec and add tempering to rice mixture.
