  2. Cut into cubes
  3. Wash the watermelon cubes into running water for 3 - 4 times
  4. Boil the watermelon cubes in enough water.
  5. Heat enough water in a pan.
  6. When the water comes to boil add the watermelon pulp and boil for 4 - 5 mins.
  7. Turn off the flame and cover the lid for 4 - 5 mins.
  8. Once cooled strain it.
  9. Heat sugar and water till sugar dissolves
  10. Add boiled watermelon cubes in it and cook till watermelon cubes are transparent
  11. Keep it for 24 hours.
  12. After 24 hours strain it and spread in the plate and keep for dryer under the fan.
  13. Now your tutti frutti is ready to eat.
  14. Store in the fridge.
