  11. Add some water and mix it very well.
  12. Bring it to boil. Add the salt for the gravy and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
  13. After you get the desired consistency of the gravy, add the garam masala powder. Mix it well.
  14. Add the koftas. Mix it well. Switch off the flame. Add the ghee.
  15. Serve hot with steamed rice by garnishing with the green chillies.
