  9. Placed dough onto lightly greased pan and then top with cheese and bacon.
  10. Let sit for 10 mins as the oven heats to allow rolls to rise.
  11. Bake in the oven at 200°c for 25 - 30 mins checking occasionally.

Return skillet to heat and add bacon roll-ups seam side down. Cook until crispy on all sides, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate until ready to serve.
