The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:

  9. Take Mid sized bocconcini - a little less than the ricotta or cottage cheese you used
  10. Prepare Sundried tomatoes - about 100g finelychopped
  11. Get Red wine vinegar 2 tblsp

  4. Rub toasted bread w garlic. Sprinkle with evoo. Add sundried paste then cheese mix, then basil, tomato and evoo.
