  1. Heat oil and ghee in a pan add mustard seed let it splutter then add chanadhal and urad dal hing with onions and cook well with a pinch of salt.
  2. Now add one cup of boiled Beetroot puree with a pinch of salt and cook well.
  3. Now add three cups of water bring it to a boil with salt to taste for the rava.
  4. Now slowly add rava constantly stirring it while adding the rava close and cook till it becomes soft and all the rava comes together. Serve with chutney of your choice.
