  4. Heat oil and pour in onions and garlic till golden brown(my step by step cooking as usual LOL)
  5. Then pour in peppers and fry for 2 min then Carrots
  6. Maggi,spices and seasoning goes in, then my leftover cabbage stew and simmer for 3 min
  7. Eggs comes last and continue to stirfry until done
  8. My dough is ready now, potion your dough into small balls, get set your board and rolling pin, dust the board with flour
  9. Roll into round shapes not too thin to prevent breakage on heat.
  10. Preheat your pan, dust away excess flour from your dough and place on the heated pan,
  11. 20-30 seconds is enough, you will notice some burbles from the top then it's time to flip to the other side, after some seconds it will blow up like balloon 🤩
  12. Remove and spread some ghee or butter
  13. Now it's time to…..wow! Masha Allah it was so soft and yummy😋

I had tasted this once in lokhandwala andheri where it was. Healthy and delicious lettuce veggie chapati wrap which taste so delicious. This can be packed in lunch box perfectly. I love kathi rolls, they are so easy to make and so tasty to eat. This is a vegetable lettuce rolls. if you want you can add over the chapati and cook then spoon the filling in.
