  1. In a pan, boil some water. Add some salt and 1 cup of penne or any other pasta
  2. Once pasta is done, drain excess water from the pasta and keep aside.j
  3. Now heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and let it melt.
  4. Add chopped garlic and saute it for a minute or till the garlic becomes golden in colour.
  5. Now add chopped bell peppers/ capsicum and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame. Dont overcook these.
  6. Now add chilli flakes, black pepper powder and some salt to taste. Mix well.
  7. Now let's make the sauce. For that heat 2 tbsp butter in a kadai and let it melt.
  8. Now add plain flour/maida and keep stirring this and cook the flour for few minutes
  9. Make sure this is lump free and do not brown them as the sauce will not be white, we just want to remove the raw taste of Maida.
  10. Now add milk in batches to avoid lump formation. Keep stirring this continuously otherwise sauce will get lumps. Cook the sauce till it thickens.
  11. Now add schezwan chutney/sauce and mix well. If you want you can add cheese slices in sauce to make it more cheesy.
  12. Add some salt to taste.
  13. Now add veggies and boiled pasta and mix well.
  14. Cheesy Schezwan pasta is ready. Turn off the flame. Enjoy !
