  3. Roti ko bail lain.mein pehly jitni roti bnani ho wo aiksath bail ky rakhti houn phir pkati houn.tawy py roti daal ky khuski prat sara saman samait kar rakh dia jata hy aur safai bhi roti pkny ky sath hi hojati hy
  4. Garamtawy py roti daal ky flame brha dain.colour bdl jyega tu roti plat dain.lower side tawy py hi sink jyegi
  5. Roti sik jye tu open flame py dosri side sy saink lain.
  6. Rotian dastarkhan mein rakhty jain aur hotpot mein rakhain. Khany ky waqt garamrahaingi.
