  2. Mainy aatay main kabhi oil nahi dala thora thora pani dal ke aata gondhain.
  3. Do teen hissay kar ke gondhain phisr saray aatay ko ek sath godhain.
  4. Phir aatay ko15,20 mint ke liye kapra geela kar ke aaty ke ouper rakh dain.
  5. 15, 20 mint bad aatay ko phir achi tarha gond lain na ziyada sakht ho na ziyada naram.
  6. Phir aatay par ek theli chrha ke 15,20 mint ke liye aatay ko fridge main rakh dain.
  7. Phir jiti roti banani hai peray kar lain.ek peray ko angothy sy gol ghoma ke thora bara kar lain
  8. Phir roti bail ke ya hathon sy thap thap 😜kar ke roti bari kar lain.and tawa garam kar ke phir darmiyani aanch kar ke taway py dal dain.
  9. Ek side sy roti pak jaye to dosri side sy sari paka ke pir palat dain.
  10. Phir tawa hata ke roti ke haka sa sari taraf sy thora thora sake lain.and taway pe rakh dain roti phol jaye gi.😊
