Steps to make Chapati:
  1. In a bowl add wheat flour and fine flour.
  2. Add Ghee and mix well.
  3. Knead with the help of water.
  4. Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
  5. Knead again and make soft dough.
  6. Divide the dough in small balls.
  7. Press the round ball and flatten it slightly.
  8. Dip the prepared ball into the dry flour and dust it from all sides.
  9. Now give the shape of chapati with the help of rolling pin (belan) or with your hands.
  10. Heat the tawa on medium heat make sure is hot enough before you place the chapati on the tawa. One side slightly cook flip the chapati and cook the other side.
  11. One side cook flip the chapati and press the chapati with a cloth,it will be puff up.
  12. Serve hot with any Daal, vegetables and Curries.
