  6. Now keep rotating it until you see few bubbled surfaces on roti. Now its a perfect time to cook your roti directly on flame and make it puffy. Keep rotating while cooking directly on flame.
  7. When its done, keep it in hot pot with a 1 inch piece of Ginger. It'll keep your roti soft & fresh for longer time. šŸ˜Š
