  5. Now add 1/4cup water adjust consistency. cover and simmer for 15 minutes. make sure to cook the sauce till oil floats on top.
  6. Add in pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and salt to tast. mix well making sure everything is combined well.
  7. Serve schezwan sauce with chips or fries.
