Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a distinctive dish, chapati. One of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have chapati using 2 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Chapati:
  1. Get 2 cup Flour
  2. Take 1 cup Water

Chapati is a type of Indian flat bread, it's very popular in India. It is a staple and made of really simple ingredients: wheat flour, salt and water. This easy and authentic Chapati recipe is from my friend Reem. Chapati is an unleavened flatbread made with whole wheat flour, water, and salt.

Instructions to make Chapati:
  1. Take flour in a wide pot leaving 2 tbsp of flour aside
  2. Add Lukewarm water gradually
  3. Then knead the flour.
  4. After kneading finally grease it with ghee and keep it rest for 19 mins
  5. Make small pera and spread it using my rolling pin
  6. Use the remaining flour as khuski
  7. Tip: try to roll with equal pressure from all side to make phulkas
  8. Put your roti on preheated pan.
  9. Once its slightly done from one side. Flip and do the second.
  10. As the second side is slightly done. Shift the pan on side.
  11. Now gradually rotate your roti on direct flame. Till it's properly done from all the side.
