  7. Place onto heated pan, turn over and grease pre-cooked side with ghee. When you use 2 pans, one pre-cooks whilst other frys.
  8. With a well heated pan,they cook quite efficiently, remove and place onto a plate lined with grease proof paper.
  9. Once all cooked, cover your chapati with grease proof paper to prevent sweating and drying.
