  1. Mix flour with salt and oil and water putting as u need to make soft dough if u need more water u can add.and when u finish take little oil on ur hand and make big ball and leave for half and hour.
  2. Then make little balls like golf one
  3. Then take flour and sprinkle on the work board and take the ball and roll it until round and 2mm thick
  4. Then put the tawa on the gas and when is hot cook the roti first side for 1 min than other side 1 min than take it out and put ghee on top little bit as u like.
  5. And serve hot and with hot curry

Chapati is a roti which is generally thinner, and only cooked on a griddle. Roti and Chapati are one and the same thing, just that the origin of the names is different. Chapati dough while kneading should be kneaded using lukewarm water or lukewarm milk. Using either of them gives us soft chapatis that remain soft for a longer time. The roti dough after should be.
