Sambar is a traditional South Indian stew that goes well with idli, dosa, steamed rice or can be served as a soup.   3. Let the pressure cooker cool.Open it.
  4. Add tamarind paste and little bit Jaggery. Cook for 10 minutes
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and add red chillies and curry leaves. Add in Sambhar and enjoy with idli, Dosa or Wada
