  7. Make ready 1 tbs chopped cashew

Instructions to make Mahalabia:
  1. Mix cornflour in 2-3 tbs milk without any lumps.Keep aside.
  2. Boil the milk till it reduces to half.
  3. Now add cornflour mixture and stir continuously.. Add sugar stir and cook till sugar dissolves and boil comes.Off the gas.
  4. Let it cool for 5-10 mins.
  5. Take serving glasses or cups, pour the pudding in it and keep it in fridge fir 1-2 hours.
  6. Once the pudding is set take out from fridge pour chocolate syrup evenly on the pudding, sprinkle chopped cashews and again keep it in fridge for 15-20 mins. Same process do with rose syrup sprinkle chopped pistachio and keep it in fridge.
  7. Take out and serve cold.
