  2. Take kadai or cooker switch on the gas add oil and ghee both after that add, cumin seeds, cinnamon,bayleaf,cashew, green chillies, black pepper and green cardoman saute for some sec
  3. Then add Onion saute till light brown then ginger garlic paste saute for few sec then add tomato,corn, green peas saute till tomato soft
  4. Then add biryani masala, turmeric powder, salt saute for 1 min after that add Curry leaves, coriander leaves
  5. Then add water 2 cup when when water boiling then add soaked rice
  6. Cook in slow to medium flame for 10-12 min
  7. After that garnish with pudina leaves,barista
  8. Serve hot with raita and salad
