  5. Take lemon size of the dough &roll into a chapatti, keep 2tbsp of the coriander stuffing in middle &fold the edges &seal with water.make all sambar wadi in this way &fry in hot oil on medium flame.
  6. This snack can be served with kadhi, sauce,any chutney & fried green chilli.
  7. In nagpur (vidarbha region) coriander leaves ate called sambar and….. hence the name.
