  7. Take an onion peel(the hard part)and put it in your curry and put a hot charcoal on it then pour your ghee on top of the charcoal and then cover and smoke it for approximately two minutes.
  8. Uncover remove the charcoal and the peel give a good mix and garnish.
  9. Serve with coconut rice.
